Things you can do yourself
- Disconnect a Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp account: Settings → Connected Accounts → Manage Accounts, then Disconnect.
- Cancel a subscription: Settings → Usage & Billing.
- Delete your UniPulse account: Settings → Profile → Delete account. See Data Deletion for what happens.
If you messaged a business that uses UniPulse
Messages you send to a business through Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp are handled by that business; UniPulse processes them on the business's behalf. For questions about those messages, contact the business first. You can also write to privacy@unipulse.tech and we will help route your request.
